3. As soon as a suitable teaching position becomes available, we will contact you for an introduction interview or meeting with the student.

4. After a teaching agreement has been signed, a fee of two hours teaching time should be made payable towards tutorshanghai as our introduction fee( all of our tutor will receive at least 150RMB/HOUR for personal tutorship,250RMB/HOUR for company tutorship)

5. If the student can not continue with the teaching agreement for a reason on his part, we will provide you a new position as soon as possible and free charge .

6. For all part-time teaching positions, your teaching fee will be payed directly to you after each teaching period.
